Music, dance, and art are timeless and boundless expressions of cultural traditions and celebration. Through dance, rhythms of the drum, and artistic expression, this event will transcend cultural differences through the unifying force of music and the universal visuals of dance and art.

It will celebrate the commonality of the strong traditions of the drum in Asian and African culture. The artistry of calligraphy on display will generate interesting thoughts and discussions on the origin and meaning of words, names, and their linguistic translations. Ethnic foods to be served will provide a uniquely enjoyable cross-cultural experience for the senses. Inspirational speeches by leaders with diverse cultural backgrounds will highlight the accomplishments of Asian Americans in our community.

This opportunity to gather together will lead to fulfillment of the ultimate goal of this event: to appreciate and harmonize our diversity and to celebrate the contributions of the Asian Pacific community.
